Think you have what it takes to catch a killer? Can our team of detectives take down The Eindhoven Ripper before more people are murdered? Join in on 29 May for an exciting outdoor detective adventure. Scramble across town and interrogate virtual witnesses, crack clues, solve puzzles, complete challenges and unravel the mystery!
The murder game is entirely self-guided on the day, so it’s just a case of turning up at the still secret start location, getting our detective hats on and setting off. Participation is at your own risk. Please do not engage The Ripper on your own.
The game narrative is written in English. The duration of the game can vary on the skills of each detective team. However, on average, most teams take around 2 hours. The game is set over a walking distance of 5-7 km.
CONFIRM YOUR RSVP
Our team spot has already been reserved and paid. The cost per person is € 7,00 euros. Your RSVP is only confirmed after you have paid via Tikkie. Please add your Meetup name as a message to your payment and pay within 4 hours of RSVP-ing.
The number of participants is limited to 6 people, first come first serve. If the event is full there will be a waiting list available.
If a previously confirmed member can’t make it after all you can take their place – after fulfilling the payment.
You will be refunded when:
– the coronavirus / COVID-19 rules change and we have to cancel the event
– you or one of your household members have any COVID related symptoms and you can’t come
– you cannot make it after all for any reason and have cancelled before 22 May 14:00
SAFETY AND GUIDELINES
The game takes place outdoors in the open air and all witnesses are virtual. Meaning the only people you come into contact with are your teammates. There are limited tickets available for each event in order to reduce numbers of players in the city, and teams will have different starting locations to avoid congestion.
Please keep in mind the coronavirus / COVID-19 guidelines as set by the Dutch government. Be mindful of your own and other people’s protection and feeling of safety and comfort.
Do you or one of your household members have cold symptoms, shortness of breath and/or elevated temperature? Or, have you visited a ‘high risk’ (orange/red) country? Do NOT join the event, avoid social contacts and get tested.
